Laboratory for Microbiome-Host-Interactions

We are the Laboratory for Microbiome-Host-Interactions at the University of Tübingen. We are dedicated to the microbes of the human microbiome and explore how their lifestyles affect the human host at a multi-scale level. We choose interdisciplinary approaches at the intersection of microbiology, systems and computational biology, and together with partners from clinics, we persue the ultimate goal of translating the knowledge we gain to improve human health.
